Frequently Asked Questions
Who do we contact to discuss maintenance?
In the first instance call or email Warner’s directly. Call during office hours Monday – Friday. Or use the contact us page on this website.
How long are the contracts?
We always sign up new grounds maintenance contracts for a minimum of one year to ensure all four seasons are catered for. However we prefer to sign up for more than one year to help build a long term relationship with the client. Plus we can normally freeze the annual maintenance cost helping the client with overheads control.
Who carries out the maintenance work?
We employ dedicated teams of gardeners operating out of liveried vehicles who carry out the work on each site. They are initially shown round to ensure that they understand each site and its individual requirements taking account of any particular client requests.
Do we have to provide a compost area on site?
No, All green waste is removed off site and disposed of at an independent green waste recycling site where it is recycled into high grade garden compost.
Do we have to pay for the maintenance contract up front?
No, all maintenance contracts are worked out on an annual basis. This cost is then invoiced monthly at one twelfth of the annual cost.
Who manages the maintenance contract?
We organise regular site visits to monitor the quality of work carried out to ensure client satisfaction at all times.
What happens if we have a request outside of the agreed contract
Any special or one off requests are looked at on an individual basis. A separate quotation will be raised for approval.
What happens if we have a concern?
In the first instance contact our office. We shall return that call within 24 hours to arrange a site visit so we can discuss any queries you may have.
Do we have to notify our site insurance company?
We have full public and employers liability insurance cover in place. Copies of this are sent to our clients for their assurance.
